We strive to ship all items within one business day of receiving your order. However, we are a small company, so please be aware that there will be rare occasions where order fulfillment may be delayed by a day or two. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
US Orders - Free Shipping & Free Returns
Shipping is free on US orders over $100! US Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, providing 2-3 postal business day service to most locations (keep in mind that Saturday is a postal business day). If you place your order on Monday, it will generally ship out on Tuesday, meaning you will generally receive it on Friday (or potentially earlier, based on how close you are to Philadelphia, PA).
We'll cover return shipping for US orders! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Redshift Sports gear so we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on all Redshift components. If you want to return any item within 30 days, simply fill out the Return form and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the returned items, we'll refund the full purchase price.
Yes, we ship internationally! We've shipped products to over 35 countries so far and the list keeps growing. International shipping is a flat $40 USD fee per order.
We ship all international order via DHL Express, which provides 2-3 business day service to most international destinations. Tracking is included, and you will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Shipments will ship via insured, trackable postal (USPS, country-specific post) or courier (UPS/Fedex/DHL) service. If you require expedited shipment, please contact us at email@example.com.
International Customs Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that the shipping costs described above do not include any import taxes or duties which may be required by your destination country. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and in certain countries the duties may be a sizable fraction of the purchase cost. You will be responsible for payment of any duties required upon receipt of the item(s), so please make sure you are aware of your country's policies. We insure all packages for the full purchase value of the order (excluding shipping costs) so unfortunately, we cannot grant requests to modify the declared value on the customs forms. In some cases, you may be required to present proof of purchase (your order confirmation) to verify the shipment's value.
